Work Out With Melissa Alcantara (Kim Kardashian Wests Trainer!) For Free

Melissa starts with some static squats and quickly ups the intensity to speedy curtsy squats, leg lifts, fire hydrants, frogger jumps, and more with barely a breather until the last rep. She says you can add resistance bands for more burn, but it's still a scorcher with no equipment.

Melissa works up a sweat herself, too. "That was intense and I'm dripping all over the floor," she says as she catches her breath.
